4. Privacy Program Operational Life Cycle – Protect Describes how assets are safeguarded by putting in place market-leading privacy and security measures and technologies. 
5. Privacy Program Operational Life Cycle – Sustain Describes how management activities, communication, and training are used to maintain the privacy programme. 
6. Privacy Program Operational Life Cycle – Respond This section offers knowledge and a strong framework for handling privacy incidents.

Policy on Cancellations  

To Tsaaro Academy, a written request for withdrawal or postponement must be presented. The following conditions shall apply to any course withdrawals or deferments that result in refunds: 

• More than two weeks prior to the start of the course: 100% refund. 
• If received less than two weeks before the start of the course: 50% refund  
• On or after the start of the course: Zero Refunds.

You will be informed right away and provided an alternate date if there are no seats available on the requested date. 

The Tsaaro Academy maintains the right to make unannounced changes to the course schedules, programmes, and material. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we also retain the right to cancel the course. 

How to prepare for CIPM Certification Exam.  

• Make sure you are familiar with the exam blueprint. 

Knowing the test blueprint is one of the most crucial aspects of getting ready for the CIPM Exam. It will let you know which subjects have the most weight on the test and will guide you in figuring out where there will be more questions. 

• Use a textbook and practise questions to get ready. 

The official textbook of the IAPP is where the majority of the CIPM exam questions are derived from. It covers every aspect of privacy programme governance and the operational life cycle of privacy. The required textbook is weighty and occasionally challenging to read. 

• Study with flashcards 

While reading the summary, the authorized textbook, or other materials to help you study for the CIPM exam, you can make flashcards. Flashcards are excellent for helping you recall new vocabulary.

Passing the CIPM exam is challenging.  

• To succeed, you must diligently and shrewdly prepare. IAPP advises spending 30 hours studying before the test. Nevertheless, depending on your skill level, study materials, and training programme, you can require more or less time to prepare. 
• Learn the standard questions as well as the scenario-based ones. 
• To learn new phrases and concepts, use flashcards. 
• Connect the topics covered in the textbook to actual situations. You’ll rapidly grasp the majority of the concepts if you do this. 
• Unanswered questions will be marked as incorrect, and all questions have an equal point value. Furthermore, the CIPM exam has no negative marking, so you should attempt each question. 

• • Mark challenging questions so you may respond to them later. 
  • To pass the test, you don’t need to accurately respond to every question. You can successfully complete the majority of the questions by reading the CIPM overview. 
  • Keep in mind that only 75 of the CIPM exam’s questions are assessed, and the remaining 15 are purely hypothetical inquiries. 
  • If you believe you are not sufficiently prepared to take the exam, reschedule it. Please be aware that in order to prevent losing your fee, you must reschedule at least 48 hours before the exam date.
