As a part of this course, the candidates will be learning about key terminologies used in the data privacy sphere, introduction to privacy by design, personal data, and special categories of personal data, roles of data controllers, and data processors, basics of a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and how to conduct the same in an organization. The course also provides insights about data breach identification, notifications, and steps to prevent a data breach.

Certification
There is an exam at the end of the CT DPO Foundation training. You will be awarded the CT DPO Foundation certification after clearing the certification exam at the end of the training. The exam can be scheduled at your convenience.

Cancellation Policy
- Request for withdrawal or postponement must be made in writing to Tsaaro Academy.
- Refunds arising from course withdrawal/deferment will be subjected to the following terms:
- More than 2 weeks before course commencement: Full refund.
- Less than 2 weeks before course commencement: 50% refund.
- On or after course commencement: No refund.
